  • Acceptance — By using www.caelinagems.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

  • Products — We sell handcrafted and customized jewellery. Colours/finishes may vary slightly from photos due to the handmade nature of items.

  • Orders & Pricing — All prices are shown in GBP and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud).

  • Customization — For personalized items (engravings, names, etc.), you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide. Once production starts, custom orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

  • Payment — Payment is processed securely at checkout. Full payment is required before dispatch.

  • Shipping — Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you once the item is delivered to the address provided.

  • Intellectual Property — All content on this Site (images, text, logos) belongs to Charm + Craft and may not be used without permission.

  • Liability — We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where unlawful to do so.

  • Governing Law — These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.

Return Policy

  • Returns window: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Non-returnable items: Custom/personalized pieces (e.g. engraved names, initials) and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are final sale unless faulty.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Exchanges: Contact us to arrange an exchange for a different size or item.

  • Faulty items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
